Chicken Sandwiches with Kranch Sauce
Potato Chips and Chilled Grapes
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning.
- Grill chicken, covered, 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Stir together ketchup and Ranch; spread over cut sides of buns. Top with chicken and lettuce, if using. Cover with bun tops.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 lb seedless grapes, chilled

- Serve chips and grapes alongside sandwiches.
