Chicken Sandwiches with Kranch Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning.
  2. Grill chicken, covered, 6 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Meanwhile, grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
  4. Stir together ketchup and Ranch; spread over cut sides of buns. Top with chicken and lettuce, if using. Cover with bun tops.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 lb seedless grapes, chilled

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips and grapes alongside sandwiches.
