Pepperoni Pizza Flatbread Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 6 naan, halved
  • 1½ cups marinara sauce
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese (or use shredded mozzarella)
  • 6 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 6 naan halves on a large baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce, pepperoni, cheese, basil, seasoning, and 6 naan halves. Brush tops of sandwiches with oil.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add spinach, tomatoes, and basil; toss.
