Pepperoni Pizza Flatbread Sandwiches
Baby Spinach and Grape Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 6 naan, halved
- 1½ cups marinara sauce
- 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese (or use shredded mozzarella)
- 6 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 6 naan halves on a large baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce, pepperoni, cheese, basil, seasoning, and 6 naan halves. Brush tops of sandwiches with oil.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add spinach, tomatoes, and basil; toss.
