Turkey Burgers with Garlic-Herb Cheese
Balsamic Pan-Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp almond flour
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ head Bibb lettuce, separated into leaves
- ½ (6.5-oz) pkg garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- ½ tomato, cut into 3 slices
Instructions
- Combine turkey, shallot, salt, garlic powder, pepper, almond flour, and egg in a large bowl. Shape into 3 patties.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Arrange lettuce in 3 stacks of 2 leaves each. Top with burgers. Spread cheese on burgers; top with tomato.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat; sprinkle with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss.
