Sweet Potato Chips and Grapes

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
  • 1 (10-oz) container French onion dip
  • 6 sub rolls, split
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli honey ham
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg provolone cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Spread French onion dip on cut sides of rolls. Layer bottom halves of rolls with turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese; cover with roll tops.
  3. Wrap each sandwich in foil, and bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg sweet potato chips
  • 1½ lb seedless red or green grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips and grapes with sandwiches.
