Skillet Ham-and-Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed cooked ham, drained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ham, and cook 3 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Add broth, cream, and ravioli; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; drain and add to skillet with ½ cup cheese. Stir until blended.
- Sprinkle ½ cup cheese over skillet; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
