Skillet Ham-and-Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed cooked ham, drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ham, and cook 3 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  2. Add broth, cream, and ravioli; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. Steam broccoli according to package directions; drain and add to skillet with ½ cup cheese. Stir until blended.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese over skillet; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
