Super-Easy Chicken
Cinnamon-Sugar Sweet Potato Fries and Steamed Peas
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen peas
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries in a single layer according to package directions. Meanwhile, stir together sugar and cinnamon.
- Spray fries lightly with cooking spray when done; toss. Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; toss again.
- Steam peas according to package directionms.
