Super-Easy Chicken

Cinnamon-Sugar Sweet Potato Fries and Steamed Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning.
  2. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen peas

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries in a single layer according to package directions. Meanwhile, stir together sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Spray fries lightly with cooking spray when done; toss. Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; toss again.
  3. Steam peas according to package directionms.
