Ham and Cheddar Biscuit Sandwiches
Green Leaf SaladIngredients
- 4 frozen buttermilk biscuits
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp reduced-sugar apricot preserves
- ½ lb deli sliced low-sodium ham
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Bake biscuits according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine mustard and preserves.
- Slightly cool and halve biscuits lengthwise. Spread mustard mixture over cut sides of biscuits. Serve ham and cheese on biscuits.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped green leaf lettuce
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup light balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a serving bowl.
