Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground Italian sausage
- 1½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with garlic
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 cups hot water
- ½ (16-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta (8 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Italian flat-leaf parsley sprigs
Instructions
- Cook sausage and garlic in hot oil in a large sauté pan or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain, if necessary, and return to pan.
- Add diced tomatoes, sauce, seasoning, and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Add water and pasta.
- Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is done. Sprinkle with cheeses. Garnish with parsley.

- 1 (17.8-oz) pkg family-size Caesar salad kit

- Bake bread according to package directions. Slice.
