One-Pot Beefy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in broth, milk, and macaroni. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. Stir in ½ cup cheese. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese over pasta; let stand until melted.
