One-Pot Beefy Mac and Cheese
Bacon-Ranch Crunch Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Stir in broth, milk, and macaroni. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over pasta; let stand until melted.
