Lemon-Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Toss with lemon zest, juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
