Ingredients

  • ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Toss with lemon zest, juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
