Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks "Po Boy" Sliders with Pesto Remoulade
Ingredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen breaded fish sticks
- 2 (6-count) pkg Hawaiian sweet mini sub rolls, halved
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup pesto
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp capers, minced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Cook fish stick according to package directions. Toast sub rolls, if desired.
- Stir together mayonnaise, pesto, lemon juice, and capers. Spread on cut sides of rolls.
- Serve fish sticks on toasted rolls with lettuce and tomato.
