Crispy Battered Whole Fillets with Red Pepper Aioli

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, halved and seeded
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen battered fish fillets
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Place pepper, cut sides down on a foil-lined baking sheet, Broil pepper 8 minutes or until blistered. Place blackened pepper in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and let stand 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook fish according to package directions.
- Remove pepper from bag; peel off and discard blackened skin. Process roasted pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red pepper, garlic, and salt in a mini chopper until smooth.
- Serve fish with red pepper aioli and lemon wedges.
