Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground turkey
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp refrigerated lemongrass paste (from a 4-oz tube)
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 heads butter lettuce, separated into leaves
  • Lime-Sesame Dressing:
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey and shallots in a large skillet over medium heat until turkey is browned.
  2. Stir in lemongrass, Sriracha and Lime-Sesame Dressing. Cook, stirring occasionally until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in cilantro, mint, and basil.
  3. Serve in lettuce leaves with additional dressing, if desired.
  4. For Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 1 week.
