Bacon Cheeseburger Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- ¾ lb 93% lean ground beef
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 4 slices center cut bacon
- 8 cups torn green leaf lettuce
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp shredded 2% reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Mix beef, salt, and pepper; shape into 4 large thin patties.
- Cook patties over medium heat in a nonstick skillet 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink; cool and coarsely crumble patties.
- Cook bacon in same skillet until crisp; drain and crumble bacon.
- Combine lettuce, crumbled burger, bacon, onion, cheese, tomatoes, and avocado; toss.
- Whisk together vinegar and mustard; drizzle over salad.
