Garlicky Shrimp Marinara with Pasta and Feta
Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen large raw shrimp, thawed
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, peel and devein shrimp. Cook shrimp and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shrimp are just pink. Remove shrimp from skillet, using a slotted spoon.
- Add marinara sauce to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8 minutes.
- Return shrimp to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Divide pasta among 6 plates; top with shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
