Blackberry-Walnut Crunch
Crispy BaconIngredients
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
- ¼ tsp apple pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blackberries
- ¼ cup water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Process nuts, butter, apple pie spice, and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Spread nut mixture in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted; cool.
- Meanwhile, combine blackberries, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until berries begin to burst.
- Divide blackberry mixture among 4 bowls; top with nut mixture and yogurt.
