Alfredo-Marinara Baked Ziti

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg ziti pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 (24-oz) jars pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well, and place in a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add pasta sauce, and cook until thoroughly heated.
  3. Add meat mixture to pasta, stirring until blended. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  4. Pour alfredo sauce over mozzarella; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans 
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bring green beans, broth, and seasoning to a boil in a saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until beans are very tender.
