Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef round chunks
  • 2 (0.87-oz) envelopes brown gravy mix
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or until beef is very tender. Serve over rice.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Cook peas according to package directions; add butter, stirring until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
