Beef Tips and Gravy
Rice and Green Peas
Ingredients
- 2 lb beef round chunks
- 2 (0.87-oz) envelopes brown gravy mix
- 1 (14.5-oz) can low-sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or until beef is very tender. Serve over rice.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cook peas according to package directions; add butter, stirring until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
