Fish "Tacos" with Spicy Mayonnaise
Tomato-Avocado SalsaIngredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ lb mahi mahi
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 8 large Napa cabbage leaves
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and ground chipotle pepper in a bowl; set aside until ready to serve.
- Combine cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic; rub all over fish.
- Cook fish, in 2 batches, in 1½ Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Break fish into chunks with a fork. Spoon fish into cabbage leaves; drizzle with mayonnaise. Top with Tomato-Avocado Salsa recipe, if desired.

- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1⅓ cups diced avocado
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together tomato, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Add avocado just before serving.
