Asian Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
- 4 (5-oz) cans no-salt-added wild-caught albacore tuna, drained
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix together tuna, eggs, almond flour, onions, ginger, and soy sauce in a large bowl; shape into 4 patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and firm.
- Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Serve burgers in lettuce leaves with cucumber and mayonnaise mixture.
