Ham and Cheese Pierogi Bake
Lemon and Honey Roasted AsparagusIngredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen Cheddar pierogis, thawed
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed ham
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat cream cheese, broth, garlic powder, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, whisking to blend.
- Arrange pierogis in a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with ham. Pour cream cheese mixture over pierogis.
- Bake 25 minutes; sprinkle with Cheddar, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together asparagus, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
