Ham and Cheese Pierogi Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen Cheddar pierogis, thawed
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed ham
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat cream cheese, broth, garlic powder, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, whisking to blend.
  2. Arrange pierogis in a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with ham. Pour cream cheese mixture over pierogis.
  3. Bake 25 minutes; sprinkle with Cheddar, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together asparagus, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
