Bacon and Egg Pizza
Southwest Avocado Ranch Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (20.3-oz) pkg frozen Italian five-cheese pizza with brick oven crust
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tomato, chopped
Instructions
- Bake pizza 10 minutes on a baking sheet at temperature specified on package.
- Carefully remove pizza from oven; crack eggs onto pizza.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is browned and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
- Sprinkle pizza with bacon and tomato.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 avocado, diced
Side Dish Instructions
- Divide lettuce wedges among 6 plates.
- Combine dressing, cayenne pepper, and cumin in a small bowl. Drizzle over lettuce wedges; top with avocado.
