Bacon and Egg Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (20.3-oz) pkg frozen Italian five-cheese pizza with brick oven crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bake pizza 10 minutes on a baking sheet at temperature specified on package.
  2. Carefully remove pizza from oven; crack eggs onto pizza.
  3. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is browned and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Sprinkle pizza with bacon and tomato.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 avocado, diced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Divide lettuce wedges among 6 plates.
  2. Combine dressing, cayenne pepper, and cumin in a small bowl. Drizzle over lettuce wedges; top with avocado.
