Seared Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- ¼ cup drained capers
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook fillets in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side until browned and fish flakes with a fork.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish. Top each fillet with sauce. Sprinkle with capers. Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
