Spinach-Artichoke Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 12 slices sourdough bread
  • 12 slices Havarti cheese with dill
  • 1 (16-oz) carton deli spinach artichoke dip
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Top half of bread slices with 1 slice cheese.
  2. Spread ¼ cup artichoke dip over cheese slices; arrange about 1 cup spinach leaves over dip and top with remaining cheese slices.
  3. Cover with remaining bread slices.
  4. Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches.
  5. Cook sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
