Chocolate-Dipped Oranges with Pistachios and Almonds
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate chips according to package directions in a microwave-safe dish.
- Pat oranges dry with paper towels. Dip orange sections, one at a time, into melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Place each orange on parchment paper, and immediately sprinkle with both nuts.
- Chill oranges on baking sheet 10 minutes or until chocolate is hardened. Store oranges, covered, in refrigerator.
