Chocolate-Dipped Oranges with Pistachios and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate chips according to package directions in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Pat oranges dry with paper towels. Dip orange sections, one at a time, into melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Place each orange on parchment paper, and immediately sprinkle with both nuts.
  4. Chill oranges on baking sheet 10 minutes or until chocolate is hardened. Store oranges, covered, in refrigerator.
