Reindeer Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25-oz) pkg chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg milk chocolate frosting
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ (18.4-oz) pkg peanut butter chocolate candies

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake cupcakes according to package directions. Cool completely. Spread chocolate frosting on each cupcake.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate into a small plastic bag; cut a small opening in one corner, and pipe enough chocolate onto prepared baking sheet in a "Y" shape to make antlers for each cupcake. Set piping bag aside, and chill shapes 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
  4. Using same piping bag with chocolate, pipe 2 "eyes" on each cupcake. Add antlers and a red peanut butter chocolate candy as the nose on each cupcake.
