Easy Chicken Shepherd's Pie

- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 (18-oz) jars turkey gravy
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Combine chicken, vegetables, gravy, and thyme in a large ovenproof skillet; cook over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, heat potatoes in microwave according to package directions; dollop over chicken mixture. Transfer skillet to oven, and broil until potatoes are golden brown.
