Terriyaki Pork and Broccoli Stir Fry
Steamed Rice and Vegetable Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
- 4 Tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, thinly sliced
- ½ (18-oz) bottle teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Cook broccoli and carrots in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Cook pork in 2 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet, in batches, over medium-high heat 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
- Return pork and vegetables to skillet; add desired amount of teriyaki sauce; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.

- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 (24-oz) box frozen vegetable egg rolls
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook egg rolls according to package directions.
