Baked Eggs with Prosciutto and Basil

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 8 (0.5-oz) slices prosciutto
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 4 muffin cups or 4 (6- to 8-oz) ramekins with cooking spray.
- Fit 2 slices of prosciutto into each of 4 muffin cups or ramekins, shaping slices to look like cups. Divide cheese among cups; crack 2 eggs in each muffin cup or ramekin; sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
