Meatball Subs on a Stick
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) rolled-out deli pizza dough
- 12 wooden skewers
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen Italian-style meatballs, thawed
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce, heated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out dough to an even thickness and cut into ½-inch-thick strips; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Thread on skewers alternately with meatballs; place on a lightly greased rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
- Serve with warm pasta sauce.
