Jamaican Jerk Beef Lettuce Wraps
Pineapple Relish
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp all-natural, sugar-free Jerk seasoning
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, garlic, Jerk seasoning, and thyme in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
- Stir in lime juice, salt, and pepper; cook 3 minutes.
- For each wrap, stack 2 lettuce leaves; spoon beef mixture into leaves, and top with Pineapple Relish recipe. Roll up to serve.

- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
