Smoky Pulled Pork
Classic Tricolor Slaw
Ingredients
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ (14.5-oz) can low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- ½ Tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1½ lb bone-in pork shoulder roast
Instructions
- Place onion and broth in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.
- Combine paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over pork, and place in cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until pork is tender.
- Remove and discard fat cap and bone. Shred or chop pork before serving.

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery salt in a bowl. Add slaw; toss.
