Ingredients
- ⅓ cup walnut halves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 (16-oz) pkg zucchini noodles
Instructions
- Pulse nuts, oil, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor until blended.
- Toss together basil mixture, tuna, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Serve tuna mixture over zoodles.

- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
- 6 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss arugula with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pepper.
