Barbecue Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Drain and crumble bacon.
  2. Layer lettuce, chicken, cheese, onions, tomato, and bacon in a bowl.
  3. Combine dressing and barbecue sauce; drizzle over salad.
