Lemony Ricotta and Strawberry Toasts
Ingredients
- 2½ cups sliced strawberries
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread, toasted
Instructions
- Stir together strawberries and honey in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir together ricotta and lemon zest.
- Spread ricotta mixture over one side of each bread slice; top with strawberries.
