Spicy Tuna Sushi Bowls

Ingredients
- 1½ lb tuna steaks
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable brown rice
- 3 Tbsp dark sesame oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Cook fish, in batches, in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes; cut into ½-inch cubes.
- Microwave rice according to package directions.
- Whisk together 1 Tbsp oil, 2 tsp Sriracha, and garlic in a large bowl. Add fish; toss. Whisk together mayonnaise and 1 tsp Sriracha in a small bowl.
- Divide rice among 6 bowls; top with fish, avocado, and cucumber. Drizzle with mayonnaise mixture.
