Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup cubed pineapple
- 1 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup sweet and sour sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, if desired. Cook chicken in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add bell pepper, pineapple, and onion; cook 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add sauce; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve chicken mixture over rice; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
