Pesto Couscous Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat Israeli (pearl) couscous
- ½ (6-oz) jar pesto
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Cook couscous according to package directions; rinse under cold water to cool. Stir together couscous and pesto in a serving bowl.
- Add cheese, tomatoes, and basil; toss. Serve drizzled with balsamic glaze, if desired.
