Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups frozen shelled edamame
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ⅔ cup sesame ginger sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook stir-fry mix in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until tender. Add edamame; cook 4 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
