Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups frozen shelled edamame
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ⅔ cup sesame ginger sauce
Instructions
- Cook stir-fry mix in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until tender. Add edamame; cook 4 minutes.
- Add chicken and sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

- Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in salt and pepper.
