Parmesan-Kale Pasta

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

  • 12 oz whole wheat penne pasta
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg kale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook kale in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add pasta, broth, cheese, garlic powder, and salt; cook until kale wilts and pasta is coated.
