Everything Salmon
Parmesan-Kale Pasta
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 12 oz whole wheat penne pasta
- 2 (5-oz) pkg kale
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook kale in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add pasta, broth, cheese, garlic powder, and salt; cook until kale wilts and pasta is coated.
