Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 6 Tbsp pure maple syrup, divided
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, 2 Tbsp syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt. Cover and chill overnight.
  2. Divide pudding among 4 bowls; top with 4 Tbsp syrup, blueberries, and bananas.
