Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw 
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in coleslaw and green onions.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, oil, ginger, vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Add to skillet. Cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted; stir in basil.
