Pesto Chicken and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 oz whole wheat rotini pasta
  • ⅔ cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ⅓ cup pesto
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook tomatoes in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and tender.
  3. Stir in chicken, pasta, and pesto; cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with red pepper, if desired.
