Ingredients

  • 1 (10-count) pkg frozen crunchy breaded fish fillets
  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce (or use other lettuce)
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 (15.8-oz) bottle homestyle Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Bake fish fillets according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, reheat bacon in microwave according to package directions. Coarsely chop. Coarsely chop eggs.
  3. Cut baked fish fillets into bite-size pieces.
  4. Toss together lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and desired amount of dressing in a large bowl. Top with crunchy baked fish, bacon, and chopped egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
