Barbecue Chicken Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 6 naan flatbreads
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or use Cheddar)
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine corn and beans; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Top naan with cheese, corn mixture, and chopped chicken on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
