Garlic-and-Herb Pork Tenderloin
Savory Rice and Steamed Lemon BroccoliIngredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp garlic-and-herb seasoning blend
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub pork with seasoning blend. Cook pork in hot oil in a large oven-safe skillet 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 145°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- 3 cups beef broth
- 1½ cups long-grain white rice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Side Dish Instructions
- Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; stir in rice and seasoning. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
