Grilled Caesar Chicken
Buttery Corn and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to ½-inch-thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Stir together dressing, oil, and garlic powder in a shallow dish; add chicken, turning to coat. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Sprinkle with cheese, and let stand 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
