Tex-Mex Baked Sliders
Seasoned Potato Tots and Seedless GrapesIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Mexican seasoning
- 1 (12-oz) pkg Hawaiian rolls
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worecestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bottom halves of rolls in a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish; bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
- Spoon meat mixture over rolls; layer cheese slices over meat and cover with roll tops.
- Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; brush over tops of rolls.
- Bake, covered, 15 minutes; uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen seasoned potato tots
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potato tots according to package directions. Serve potato tots and grapes with sliders.
