Teriyaki Ground Beef and Broccoli
Steamed Rice and Vegetable Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1½ cups teriyaki sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Meanwhile, steam broccoli according to package directions.
- Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli to skillet. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.

- 1 (22.5-oz) pkg frozen vegetable spring rolls
- ½ cup sweet and sour sauce

- Cook rice according to package directions.
