Teriyaki Ground Beef and Broccoli

Steamed Rice and Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1½ cups teriyaki sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Meanwhile, steam broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli to skillet. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.

  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 (22.5-oz) pkg frozen vegetable spring rolls
  • ½ cup sweet and sour sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
